On May 24th the Long Beach Planning Commission will be voting on the future development plans for the Press Telegram Building on Pine Ave.
Both the NPNA and the Downtown Residential Council support this development. We welcome the respectful use of our neighborhood architecture. Our local businesses will also greatly appreciate the many new professionals who will work out of this new development. Please join us at the Planning Commission meeting to ensure that Millworks may start to directly improve our neighborhood.
